Friendly staff, helpful and cooperative. Big and clean rooms. Good location for those with a car or using taxis. Near Nişantaşı shopping area and Taksim. Maçka Park nearby. Valued guest experience. Nice breakfast with piano music. Free airport transportation for longer stays. Good WiFi.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Istanbul and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was right across the center, close to the Istanbul Conference Centre, and surrounded by many stores. It was also conveniently located near the nearest Metro station, making it easy for me to explore the city. The hotel provided excellent service, with room amenities like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The staff was friendly and attentive, offering services like room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Adjacent to vodafone arena and dolmabahce palace. Helpful stuff and the room was excellant.

The hotel is not cruddy, calm and make you feel home. The staffs are nice and ready to help. The location is the greatest advantage I felt.

Although staff was so friendly and more willing to help and accommodate our enquiries, but their English was sometime a barrier. However, compare to the people in Istanbul it’s excellent.

The Location , Big Room , Cleanness , the late checkout and free parking make us go back to this hotel.

The hotel is located in a posh area, surrounded by high-end stores and lovely cafes. One can easily reach Istanbul Atatuerk airport from here. There are also some nice restaurants nearby. the room and bathroom were up to date and well-maintained according to other guests. the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very kind and attentive, according to some reviews. Some facilities, such as the renovated lobby and polite receptionists, were mentioned as advantages by other guests.

We enjoyed our stay to the max. Booking through Booked.net was the best rate to get. I recommend this hotel for those who travel on budget.

location, staff, room. I definitely recommend this hotel because it is impossible to find such a luxury bed and breakfast in such a location in Istanbul. I go to Istanbul very often for both leisure and work, Mega Residence will be my first choice after this stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Our room was looked super fresh with daily sheet changes, and its sound-proofing was excellent. This hotel's location in a modern area was convenient for us as it was walking distance from the Istanbul Conference Centre. We loved the upscale neighbourhood and its proximity to trendy restaurants and bars. the live piano performance during breakfast was an excellent touch, made us feel special. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always eager to assist with anything we needed.

The location and the breakfast

it was too warm in the breakfast area - the heating was on and the weather was not so cold. . We had to have a business meeting and the sitting area is too small and too close to the breafast area so it was noisy.

The hotel had welcoming decorations for New Year's Eve and the staff were nice. The room was comfortable and had a nice view. The hotel is located in a busy area and is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops.

The breakfast was not very good, with limited options. , the room was not very soundproof and we could hear noise from the street.

The staff went out of their way to meet our needs, and provided top personal service. The hotel is small and intimate, away from the hustle and bustle of Taksim Square. The rooms are comfortable, with all amenities. The breakfast was a great start to our day!
